Work History

Rebecca brings a valuable blend of public service and litigation experience to her work with firm clients. Her practice focuses on advising municipalities in the Philadelphia suburbs on legislative, transactional, compliance and litigation matters. With 11 years of prior courtroom experience, Rebecca also allocates a portion of her practice to representing individual clients in civil and criminal litigation. With her extensive experience in the courtroom, she handles litigation matters for all of the firm's municipal

clients.

Rebecca serves as Solicitor of Hatboro Borough and Collegeville Borough in Montgomery County as well as the Warminster Zoning Hearing Board in Bucks County. She provides guidance to both Boroughs as well as the other municipal clients represented by the firm. Rebecca has represented our clients in Magisterial District Court, the Court of Common Pleas and the Commonwealth Court.

Before transitioning to private practice, Rebecca served as an assistant district attorney for Montgomery County. In this capacity, she handled thousands of criminal cases, led prosecution in many trials, and served as a special assistant United States attorney in federal court proceedings. Her work on prominent cases earned her commendation on three separate occasions, once from the FBI and twice from the former District Attorney of Montgomery County.

Rebecca’s background and experience in public service is fundamental to her ability to advise municipalities and private entities facing litigation. In addition to her demonstrated capacity in the courtroom and experience negotiating out-of-court resolutions, Rebecca is skilled at quickly understanding and applying complex areas of law. Rebecca is well-suited to communicating clearly and effectively with municipal leadership and staff.

Rebecca lives in Limerick Township, Montgomery County with her husband and young daughter.
