Kailie Melchior focuses her practice on a variety of municipal, zoning, and land use matters thorough Southeastern Pennsylvania. Prior to Kilkenny Law, Kailie gained valuable litigation experience as a civil defense litigator focusing primarily on premises liability and premises security. Kailie is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, taking and defending depositions, witness preparation, and participating in hearings before various courts. As an effective advocate and strong legal writer, she has obtained arbitration awards in both state and federal court on behalf of her clients.
Kailie earned her bachelor's degree in political science and theatre arts from Furman University and her juris doctor from Penn State Law. In law school, Kailie competed on the Environmental Moot Court team and served as President of the Women's Law Caucus.
