He has also rendered legal advice to his clients on state and local tax issues and drafted, reviewed, and approved contracts for his clients, including contracts for the purchase of goods and services to ensure compliance with state procurement laws and regulations. Joe also has experience representing school districts and state institutions in lawsuits filed under the federal anti-discrimination statutes (Title VII, ADA, FMLA ADEA) and their state counterparts, as well as the federal civil rights laws (42 U.S.C §§ 1981, 1983 and 1985). Joe has argued appeals before the Superior and Commonwealth Courts of Pennsylvania.

Joe resides with his wife, Aileen, and their daughter Juliet, in Tredyffrin Township.
