Kailie Melchior is an experienced municipal law attorney with a well-established reputation for providing comprehensive legal counsel to municipalities throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. She has represented municipalities in RTKL appeals before the Office of Open Records (OOR) and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, achieving favorable outcomes in important cases.
