Work History

Heather Hines has committed her legal career to serving her community and has extensive courtroom experience throughout the greater Philadelphia region. Prior to joining Kilkenny Law, Heather served as the Chief of Drug/Asset Forfeitures for the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. Prior to the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, Heather ran the Bucks County branch of the Senior Law Center, where she provided legal assistance to elderly crime victims. Heather also served as a prosecutor in the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office from 2009-2018, where she was assigned to the Pretrial, Narcotics, and Pottstown Community Prosecution Units.  In 2016, she received the Citizens Crime Commission’s “Multi-Agency Unit” award for the multi-county “Operation War Ready” investigation into violent crime in Pottstown. During law school, Heather interned for the Chester County District Attorney’s Office and for Delaware County Common Pleas Judge, Kathrynann W. Durham.
