Since joining the firm in 2018, Dan’s practice has focused on Centennial School District, the Boroughs of Collegeville and Hatboro, and the Townships of West Norriton and Middletown, where he serves as the ZHB Solicitor. In Collegeville, he aided the Borough in selling a vacant parcel to a developer and has processed several land development projects, including the ongoing Royal Farms convenience store proposal. In Hatboro, he prepared pleadings for the Wawa Commonwealth Court appeal and helped dissolve trust assets related to the former Hatboro Authority. In West Norriton, he assisted the Township to purchase a commercial lot and is in the process of rezoning several properties.

Dan, a retired U.S. Army Judge Advocate, brings 20 years of diverse legal experience and expertise to the Firm. As an Army lawyer, Dan advised senior government leaders and officials across the globe on a variety of areas of law including education law, environmental law, criminal law, labor and employment law, ethics, and FOIA/Privacy Act. While in the Army, Dan provided legal counsel to three educational institutions: the US Army Military Academy at West Point, New York; the Army’s Legal Center and School at Charlottesville, Virginia; and the US Army Military Police School at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. During his service, Dan was awarded the Bronze Star, multiple Meritorious Service Medals, and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.

His diverse legal background also includes working as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney at West Point, New York, and Fort Carson, Colorado, and as an Assistant States Attorney in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Dan and his wife, Jaclyn are raising their three children outside of Doylestown. On the weekends, he enjoys coaching youth soccer and volunteering at his church.
