Work History

Courtney Richardson is an attorney with an extensive background in public service.  Ms. Richardson has served as Assistant City Solicitor in the City of Philadelphia and Governor’s Counsel with the Pennsylvania Department of  Revenue. Ms. Richardson currently handles matters in Norristown, Chester, Upper Merion, and Jenkintown.

Courtney has an in-depth knowledge of real estate law with experience ranging from Oil and Gas Title Law in Western Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia to tax foreclosures in Philadelphia County.  She also has extensive experience in the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax and Right to Know Laws.

Courtney has served as faculty at Penn State University, Berks and also with the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and Pennsylvania Land Title Association regarding tax foreclosures. Before her legal career, Courtney was an Assistant Vice President with one of the top Investment Firms in the World.  She resides in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia. She is an avid indoor cyclist who enjoys travel.
