Work History
Bill has over forty years of legal practice with extensive experience in real estate law, municipal law, general business law, employment law, and the supervising litigation matters. Prior to joining Kilkenny Law, Bill served as the County Solicitor for Delaware County, Pennsylvania, the fifth largest county in Pennsylvania. Bill has decades of experience as a real estate attorney for local, prestigious law firms, where he has served as the Chairman of the Real Estate Practice Group and Co-Chair of the Government Relations Practice Group. During his private practice, Bill served as Transaction Counsel to The City of Philadelphia and The Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation, where he oversaw the legal aspects of the development of Lincoln Financial Field and Citizens' Bank Park. Prior to his private practice, Bill worked for the City of Philadelphia Law Department in various capacities, including as Acting City Solicitor, and as Corporate Counsel. He also served as General Counsel to the real estate development subsidiary of Bell Atlantic Corporation (corporate predecessor to Verizon Corporation).
